At first contact we will get to know each other. We will talk about the things you like in some of the houses you have seen and some of the things you don't like. We can answer your questions about the current real estate market and how it affects your new dream home.
We will talk about design specifics and we can give you pointers to keep your cost down but still achieve your overall design. If you are ready to proceed we will set an appointment up to get your preliminary plans drawn.
